Shipping Policy and LOCAL delivery

Thank you for shopping with us! 💕 We want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

LOCAL DELIVERY- Local delivery is available within a 15 mile radius for a $5 delivery fee. Customers who select local delivery will be contacted to coordinate delivery. 

LOCAL PICKUP (PPU) - Free local pickup is available. Pickup details will be provided after your order is placed.
